Hornbach banks on EnerCharge

The energy company Pfalzwerke and the home improvement supplies retailer Hornbach extend their charging infrastructure cooperation to Austria. 14 Hornbach locations in the country will receive high power charging parks until the end of 2022, equipped with high performance chargers by EnerCharge.

The first chargers have gone online this week, in Seiersberg and Bad Fischau. In the coming weeks, chargers in Wels and Innsbruck as well as further locations will start operation.

“A trusted partnership has formed in the past years, which we are now elevating to the next level”, says Pfalzwerke CEO Paul Anfang. “We are convinced that comprehensive expansion of charging infrastructure is the basis for success of electro mobility. Only by continuously investing in it can we entrench electro mobility in our society and our daily lives. This is why we cooperate in this endeavour.”
