Automated Receipt

Generate customer receipts effortlessly. The system automatically generates the receipt which is then available for your end-users online at any time via e-charging.at. The charging point display shows this information at each charging process.

Flexible accounting

The flexible payment and accounting system offers you as the operator maximum freedom for setting prices. You can freely and independently decide the desired pay scale for your unites. The options are:

Billing by minute: €/min + parking fee

Billing by kWh: €/kWh + parking fee

Flat-rate: €/charge

Minimum operating costs and maximum time saved for accounting

Generate customer receipts at no cost. The system compiles receipts automatically and delivers an MS Excel-compatible CSV file or, optionally, a formatted PDF file with all entry lines and a summary entry per month at the end of each month.

Discount Cards

Quickly and easily generate discount cards for your customers in the operator portal. The percentage of the rebate is adjustable with just a few clicks.

Individual accounting of customers, fleets and employees

Accounting by car or person and simple distribution of discounts.

Secure token system: During payment with debit- or credit cards, a token is generated which you can assign to a customer/employee/car. Now you can match payments at your charging stations with the assigned entity. This means that, in addition to the advantages of custom accounting, you gain the benefit of targeted discounts and other customer and fleet benefits.

Process

Registering all charge points of your e-charging station is easy and necessary only once per customer/employee!

The customer/employee is at one of your charge points and lets you know its location.
The customer/employee transfers the secure token by holding a debit or credit card up to the NFC field or the chargeing station.
You connect the token to your database. Done.
