Become an EnerCharge Service Technician for charging technology!
Tech service and customer service go together and are often challenging to manage. But it’s a professional service that will strengthen customer relations.
Each reclamation and each request should be serviced professionally. Specialists, who are familiar with charging technology, are required. To facilitate this, EnerCharge offers a praxis oriented educational program to become an EnerCharge Service Technician.
These courses can also be beneficial to Technical Sales personnel. Our sales team works with highly specialized equipment and services that often require detailed explanations to the customer. You can learn everything you need about our product line in LVL1 and LV2 or the educational program.
Procedure
Upon completing a level, you will receive a confirmation of participation. After completing all three levels successfully, you will be certified as EC Service Technician.
There are no appointments for LVL1 online courses. You can start this course any time but you have to finish it before starting the LVL2 on-site course.
Sales staff can only take part in LVL1 and LVL2 an will receive participation confirmations for these levels only.
In cases like product updates we reserve the right to require refresher courses for our personnel.
The training to become an EC Service Technician includes three subsequent steps. You will only be approved for the next level if you have successfully completed your current level.

Requisite for registration: You are, due to your education, knowledge and experience as an electronic engineer and/or expert for installation and activation, able to work on electrical components and install, activate and service machines independently, competently and safely.
